Pdb Wizard 2 Single/Developer Version

This is pdb-zip tool (Activex) for programmers for Satellite Forms and AppForge/NsBasic pdb's.

• Convert Dbase-Mdb-Odbc-FoxPro to Pdb for Satellite Forms (ink fields included for both sides) and AppForge/NsBasic.
• Convert Pdb to Mdb-DBF-XLS-TXT for Satellite Forms and AppForge/NsBasic.
• Open (SF) Pdb's as recordsets, like any DAO recordset.
• Ink View Control, view, zoom, save pictures to bmp files (SF).
• Zip Palm Files To Palm Archive Files and after sync them to Palm.
• Unzipping is a part of HotSync process. End Users Just sync their Palms.
• Sync times reduced sometimes to 50 times or less. You can also configure the Palm application with your language and logo and also call the palm program you want after the hotsync finishes.

The price includes a runtime activex (Palm licenses are free of charge). This means that you can use this activex in unlimited quantities of your program(s) without the cost of extra licenses or the need to register extra flashID numbers.

Attention: this tool is not sold at PalmGear anymore! Developer version is license free for distributing with compiled programs. Free updates-support for 1 year.

What's the difference between the single use and developer versions?
The Single version is limited to 1 PC.
The Developer version is licensed to your company for inclusion in commercial applications.

Developers Licence: This licence covers all projects your company develops incorporating this Activex. The utility is provided royalty free where you only purchase a one off payment regardless of how many projects your company includes it in. You are not allowed to resell the utility in whole or part, but are allowed to use its functionality within your application. You are allowed to package the activex with distribution of your application. The application the activex is used for must be developed by the registered licence holder. The licence includes 12 months support provided by email only and 12 months free upgrades.

Exceptions that will prohibid royalty-free distribution of Pdb Tools Developer activex:

1. Pdb Tools Developer activex can not be used to create similar activex's that would have the all or part of the functionality of Pdb Tools but wrapped under another activex, under another name.
2. Pdb Tools Developer activex can not be used behind a graphical or commandline user interface that would serve as a general pdb converter.
3. Pdb Tools Developer activex can not be used in a way that will give the ability to other programmers-companies to use it in a developmet enviroment.
4. Pdb Tools Developer activex can not be used in a programm that acts as a palm server and will be sold (as shareware-freeware etc.) as a standalone server.
